Deanna Gonsalves, Vice President of Operations & Business Relations
- Ms. Liberti joined the Better Business Bureau Serving Eastern Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island and Vermont in 2001 as a Member Service Executive. As an expert in member benefits, Ms. Liberti was promoted to Director of Operations in January of 2003. Now, as Vice President of Operations and Business Relations, Deanna will continue to lead and manage the Operations, Business Relations, Charity, AdReview and Investigative departments to provide unsurpassed services to consumers and business in the marketplace.
Her responsibilities include the call center, complaint management, Reliability Reports and business information management, advertising review, charity review, investigations, arbitration and accredited businesses benefit fulfillment and retention.
In 2004, Ms. Liberti graduated from the Council of Better Business Bureaus Professional Development Program after completing operations training, administration training and management training.
Prior to joining BBB in 2001, Ms. Liberti attended Massachusetts Bay College as a full time student, concentrating on Business Administration courses. Ms. Liberti is currently enrolled in Northeastern University to continue her education.
Ms. Liberti is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) - ASAE, known as the association of associations, is considered the advocate for the nonprofit sector. The society is dedicated to advancing the value of voluntary associations to society and supporting the professionalism of the individuals who lead them.
